2026 AOC Annual Conference Registration
Join us Nov. 17-19 at the Graduate by Hilton Eugene in Lane County as we celebrate AOC’s 120th anniversary at the 2026 AOC Annual Conference. As the premier gathering for over 700 Oregon leaders — including local officials, state legislators, and federal partners — this event is dedicated to enhancing county government efficiency and improving the quality of life for all residents.
Early registration is recommended.
Please note: Affiliate/Associate members meeting in conjunction with the AOC Annual Conference are required to register for the day(s) they are in attendance. Affiliate/Associate members attending Friday post-conference sessions will have the option to add those sessions during registration.
Full Conference
Includes all sessions and programming starting Tuesday at 1 p.m., as well as:
Tuesday: Conference session attendance beginning at 1 p.m., happy hour, and evening live entertainment. No conference-wide dinner provided.
Wednesday: Conference session attendance, breakfast, lunch, the afternoon ice cream social, the early evening conference-wide reception, and evening karaoke. No conference-wide dinner provided.
Thursday: Conference session attendance, breakfast, lunch, and the Wander Oregon reception from 6-8 p.m. No conference-wide dinner provided.
Wednesday-Thursday Two-Day
Attendance at all sessions and programming on Wednesday and Thursday, including:
Wednesday: Breakfast, lunch, the afternoon ice cream social, the early evening conference-wide reception, and evening karaoke.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
AOC Meetings and Events Policies
All requests for cancellations of conference registration, meals, and special events must be sent in writing to the Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) at events@oregoncounties.org .
All cancellations received by midnight on November 2, 2026 , will receive a full refund, except for a $50 administrative fee that will be charged for conference registration cancellations. Any cancellations received after
November 2, 2026 , will not be refunded. However, purchases of conference registration, meals and special events can be transferred to another attendee.
