Tuesday, November 17 - New Commissioner Orientation - Invite Only		11/17/2026	11/17/2026	8:30 AM	12:45 PM	11/17/2026 8:30 AM - 12:45 PM On Tuesday, November 17 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m., newly elected county commissioners, chairs, and judges who register for the conference are invited to meet AOC leadership and staff as well as other newly elected county officials from across the state. The session will offer an overview of AOC programs and the resources it provides to counties, including advocacy, research, education, leadership development, and cost-saving solutions. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with AOC leadership, staff, and peers from across the state, while gaining valuable insights into key governance topics such as government ethics and conflicts of interest.
Tuesday, November 17 - Cyber Incident Lifecycle Planning Training		11/17/2026	11/17/2026	10:00 AM	12:00 PM	11/17/2026 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Presenter: LBL Cybersecurity and the Oregon Cybersecurity Center of Excellence Presented in partnership by LBL Cybersecurity and the Oregon Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, this session will guide participants through the lifecycle of a cyber incident, from initial detection and response through containment, recovery, and post-incident actions. Through guided discussion, participants will explore the critical decisions organizations may face at each stage and consider how those decisions connect to their Incident Response Plan (IRP). Space is limited.
