2026 OACES Spring Conference

Please join us at Salishan Lodge on the beautiful Oregon Coast for the 2026 OACES Spring Conference, taking place May 11-13, 2026. This annual conference provides a wonderful opportunity for networking and sharing ideas with colleagues while learning the latest in regulatory rules and best practices.

You will also have an opportunity to register for the rescheduled mobile roundtable bus tour, featuring local projects in Lincoln County.

• Date & Time: The tour will take place Wednesday, May 13th, starting at approximately 10:20 am.
• Cost: Registration for the tour is an additional $50 charge.

• Non-Member Rate: $495

Meals Included:

• Monday: Pastries and lunch (dinner on your own).

• Tuesday: Breakfast, lunch, reception, and dinner.

• Wednesday: Breakfast and lunch

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of conference registration, purchase of meals, and special events need to be sent in writing to the Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) at events@oregoncounties.org.

Conference registrations will be fully refunded minus a $50 administrative fee for cancellations received two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference/event start date. Cancellations received after this date are not refunded. However, the payment attached to the canceled registration can be applied to a new registration within the organization.
