On behalf of AOC President and Marion County Commissioner Danielle Bethell, AOC commissioners, judges, and chairs are invited to attend the 2024 AOC Board of Directors and Legislative Committee Retreats. Below is a draft agenda of the event. A formal agenda will be distributed to attendees in advance. Registration for this event is complimentary to AOC commissioners, judges, and chairs and their guests.

ACCOMODATIONS

AOC has secured a special group rate for this event of $159/night (plus taxes and fees) at the Grand Hotel in Salem for  Wednesday, September 18 through Saturday, September 21. In order to receive the AOC room rate, please call the hotel at 503-540-7800. Please note that the special rate must be booked by Friday, August 2. Please make sure to make your reservation prior to Friday, August 2. Availability of the room block is limited and first-come, first-serve. Third-party reservation desks will not be able to access AOC’s special group rate. 

Commissioners, judges, and chairs are responsible for personal expenses associated with travel, lodging, and additional meals.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:

Formal agendas will be posted to the AOC website and distributed through the public listservs as they are confirmed. While this retreat is being publicly noticed as AOC Board of Directors and Legislative Committee meetings, AOC President Danielle Bethell would like to convey that all AOC members are invited to attend and participate in discussions.
