LATE REGISTRATION RATES (November 1 - 17, 2022)

Full Registration Fee: $615

Two-Day Registration Fee: $515

One-Day Registration Fee Wednesday: $335

One Day Registration Fee Thursday: $295

Please note: Affiliate/Associate members meeting in conjunction with the AOC Annual Conference are required to register for the day(s) they are in attendance. If a meeting is held for half a day on Wednesday and half a day on Thursday, the two-day registration is required.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations of conference registration, purchase of meals, and special events need to be sent in writing to the Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) at events@oregoncounties.org. Each conference registration cancellation received by October 31 at midnight Pacific Standard Time will receive a refund. All refunds will be issued less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 31 at midnight Pacific Standard Time will be refunded at the discretion of AOC and less any expenses incurred by AOC.

NO-SHOWS

Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (registrants who do not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation).

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

AOC is currently planning for an in-person annual conference. Should the annual conference transition to a virtual conference for any reason, all paid registrations and paid exhibit booth fees will be transitioned to virtual registrations and a virtual exhibit. There will be no automatic refund for registrations or for exhibit booths. If a participant would like to cancel their registration, the registration is subject to the cancellation and refunds clause above. If a sponsorship has been paid for, but no virtual alternative can be agreed upon, all exhibitor payments will be held and applied to the 2023 conference. AOC does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including, charges made for travel and lodging that may be associated with a transition to a virtual conference.
