Registration for the 2025 AOC Annual Conference is now open.
Full Registration - $699
: Includes admission to all conference sessions over the three-day event (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and all conference-wide breaks, meals and receptions.
Two-Day Registration (Tuesday/Wednesday, Wednesday/Thursday, Thursday/Friday) - $599
: Includes admission to all applicable conference sessions for two-days, including conference-wide breaks, meals and receptions.
One-Day Registration (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) - $399:
Includes admission to the conference session for one-day, including conference-wide breaks, meals and receptions.
Please note: Affiliate/Associate members meeting in conjunction with the AOC Annual Conference are required to register for the day(s) they are in attendance. If a meeting is held for half a day on Wednesday and half a day on Thursday the two-day registration is required.

AOC MEETINGS AND EVENTS POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All requests for cancellations of conference registration, meals, and special events must be sent in writing to the Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) at events@oregoncounties.org. All cancellations received by midnight on November 1, 2025, will receive a full refund, except for a $50 administrative fee that will be charged for conference registration cancellations. Any cancellations received after November 1, 2025, will not be refunded. However, purchases of conference registration, meals and special events can be transferred to another attendee.
