EVENT REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations of conference registration, purchase of meals, and special events need to be sent in writing to events@oregoncounties.org by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. All refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after June 24, 2025  at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will not be refunded, but can be transferred to another attendee from the same organization.
