On behalf of AOC President and Umatilla County Commissioner John Shafer, please join us for the AOC Board of Directors Retreat in Sisters, Oregon June 1-3, 2025 at the FivePine Lodge.
AOC encourages all members of the Board of Directors to attend. In addition, registration is open to all commissioners, judges, and chairs interested in attending. Registration fees apply for all attendees.
REGISTRATION Full Registrant: $329 (registration fee covers all receptions and meals including the Sunday evening reception; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Monday; and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday). Guest Registrant: $125 (registration fee covers the Sunday evening reception and Monday evening dinner).

AOC has secured a room block for this event at $225/night to $290/night plus taxes and fees at the FivePine Lodge. The room block allows reservations for the evenings of Sunday, June 1 through Tuesday, June 3.

Please note that the room block is available for booking until Friday, April 11 on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please make your reservation as soon as possible and prior to Friday, April 11. Third party reservations will not be able to access AOC’s special group rate.
Commissioners, judges, and chairs are responsible for personal expenses associated with travel, lodging, and additional meals.

While this retreat is being publicly noticed as AOC Board of Directors Retreat, AOC President John Shafer would like to convey that all AOC members are invited to attend and participate in discussions.

Monday, June 2, 2025 AOC Board of Directors Retreat Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
AOC Board of Directors Reception and Dinner Dinner provided. Commissioner, Judge, and Chair guests welcome for a fee. 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Tuesday, June 3, 2025 AOC Board of Directors Retreat Continental Breakfast and Lunch provided. 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Cancellation Policy All cancellations of retreat registrations must be sent in writing to the Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) at events@oregoncounties.org. Each registration cancellation received by May 17, 2025 at midnight Pacific Standard Time will receive a refund. All refunds will be issued, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 17, 2025 at midnight Pacific Standard Time are nonrefundable.
