Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of conference registration must be sent in writing to the Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) at events@oregoncounties.org. Each conference registration cancellation received by September 20, 2024 at midnight Pacific Standard Time will receive a refund. All refunds will be issued, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 20, 2024 at midnight Pacific Standard Time are nonrefundable.
