Prompt reservations and Identify yourself as part of the Oregon County Counsel Association for the rate below. One Bedroom Suite - $189.00 Double Queen - $169.00 A lodging tax of 19% will be added to the room rate Check-in time 4:00 p.m. - check-out time 11:00 a.m. Hotel room reservations must be made no later than MONDAY, JUNE 27, 2022 to receive the group rate.**
**Room rates quoted above are subject to taxes and fees. EVENT REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY Conference registrations will be fully refunded minus a $50 administrative fee for cancelations received two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference/event start date. Cancellations received after this date are not refunded. However, the payment attached to the cancelled registration can be applied to a new registration within the organization.
